The Ministry of Health and Population has instructed that photography, videography, and interviews inside hospitals are prohibited without prior official approval. The decision follows growing complaints about people entering hospital areas, filming patients and medical staff, and interfering with treatment services.
The ministry said such behavior breaches patient privacy and violates existing laws, including the Health Worker Protection Act and the Criminal Code. It has also warned that strict legal action will be taken against anyone found engaging in unauthorized recording or misconduct inside health facilities.
